Jessica loves being right in the middle of it all. On the customer success team, Jessica is a conduit for communication and collaboration between our customers and our internal teams. Having spent more than a decade in client management, she’s especially good at finding the right solutions to make customers happy and ensure account success. Jessica is inspired by complex challenges that require cross-functional collaboration. She has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
