Curtis is a conductor of Customer Success. As our training specialist, he strives to develop the smartest ways of accelerating and maintaining user proficiency in our software. Ultimately, Curtis aims to help end users attain maximum value from our product by enabling them with intuitive training solutions. Using a unique blend of experience in customer success, instructional design, writing, and training, he is well-equipped and up to the challenge. Curtis finds inspiration in the members of his tight-knit customer success team and enjoys collaborating with them to effectively solve tough problems. Curtis holds a degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
