Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and company culture research firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of our Radicals’ experience on the job. These included trust of leadership, respect between people, the fairness of workplace decisions, and team camaraderie.
Rankings reward companies that best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. Square Root nabbed the No. 30 spot on the list, making it Square Root’s 6th time ranked as a Best Workplace by Great Place to Work and Fortune.
