The Best Workplaces for Flexibility list is based on employees’ responses and ratings of various factors including their company’s cultural support for flexibility and work-life balance. The factors accounted for employees’ anonymous assessments of communication, fairness and leadership that affect the ability to accommodate their personal lives without compromising careers. The list was created after analyzing nearly 600 eligible organizations across different sizes and industries.
