Austin, Texas, June 10, 2014 –  Square Root®, a performance software company serving retail networks, has hired enterprise software executive, Mike Ditson, as the vice president of product. With over 20 years of experience in product development, management, and marketing, Ditson is well-suited to not only grow ’s product team but also to launch the company’s flagship operations engagement platform, CoEFFICIENT®™, to new industries.

Ditson has extensive experience in performance management software development and a history of commercializing high value products.  He has also driven product life-cycle for a variety of other technology solutions spanning web conferencing and scheduling, peer-to-peer collaboration, network security, TCP/IP computing, and home health.  Notably, four of the companies he worked for have been acquired: FTP Software by NetManage, Wavesmith Networks by Ciena, Groove Networks by Microsoft, and Authoria by Bedford Funding.
