“We searched for months to find the right person to lead our product team and take CoEFFICIENT® to the next level. Mike was the clear choice,” said Chris Taylor, CEO of Square Root®. “His vision and leadership will be key as we speed up feature and functionality development to go after new market opportunities.”
Ditson has extensive experience in performance management software development and a history of commercializing high value products. He has also driven product life-cycle for a variety of other technology solutions spanning web conferencing and scheduling, peer-to-peer collaboration, network security, TCP/IP computing, and home health. Notably, four of the companies he worked for have been acquired: FTP Software by NetManage, Wavesmith Networks by Ciena, Groove Networks by Microsoft, and Authoria by Bedford Funding.
“Organizations can drive better unit performance by bringing data into the store manager and field team dialog,” said Ditson. “Square Root’s engagement platform and data science expertise put it at the center of this enormous opportunity. I can’t wait to get started.”
